1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, GotSOL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely for your internal business purposes and only in accordance with the terms herein.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the software
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software to any third party
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the software
• Use the software for any purpose other than its intended use as specified by GotSOL
• Attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or trade secrets embodied in the software
• Share access to the software with any third party, including but not limited to employees, contractors, or affiliates without explicit written permission

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The software contains valuable trade secrets, proprietary algorithms, and confidential information. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and know-how, remain the exclusive property of GotSOL. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the software and any information regarding its design, functionality, or implementation. You shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from GotSOL.

5. NO WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL GOTSOL BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. GotSOL may terminate this license at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
